How a factory home building works
 

Nimble Homes contracts with a client to build and install a home within agreed timeframe. We usually allowing 3~4 months for construction. Our building licence will requires us to install at your site, 'duplexing’ or fitting to site can take 2 ~ 4 weeks. This we call our 'Plug & Play' solution because the home can be ready to occupy as soon as the power and water are connected to our certified building. The building is compliant with the Engineering required for the area and is Building Code of Australia.

Sometimes you may wish to contract us for 'The Works', meaning you'd like us to manage the provision of services and other works to the property e.g. fencing or carport. We can project manage such works and we will contract using standard HIA terms and conditions for these items.

It is important your Financier is aware that you are considering a Manufactured home. There are many lending restrictions in place as some Manufactured homes don’t get where they are contracted to for example bridge fail or unscrupulous manufacturers may sell home to other clients.
