A core business of Nimble Homes is to provide accommodation for Commercial Projects, Government & Mining contracts. We define a Corporate Client as one that will order 5 or more homes within a 12 month period.

Our group has more than 20 years involved in manufactured construction in WA and the last 5 years specialising in the Kimberley and NT. Buildings are tailored for the remote North’s tropical environment.

We are continually exploring and improving ways to deliver quality homes at the right price point for this region.  Nimble Homes is the winner of the NT's HIA 2009 Remote Housing Award and the 2010 Remote Housing Award.

Recent developments to improve our product:

Transport without Cranes (Sept 2010)

Our Nimble Shack and Nimble Homestead range may now be delivered without the use of onsite cranes.  This means our transport turnaround times can be much quicker, particularly important for those very remote locations.  Please ask us for more details.

Concrete Slab Offer (June 2010)

Our home foundations can be made of a strong concrete base.  This has the lifecyle benefits of being most sturdy, no risk of white ants and allows for direct placement on ground (as opposed to semi-elevated to allow inspection for termite inspection (BCA Cl 3.4.1)).  Furthermore, the flooring can be finished to a level suitable for fine home enjoyment, a cost saving alternative to vinyl or tiles that may be applied at a later date.

Extended Eves (March 2010)

With the introduction of Home Star Energy ratings, one of the most effective ways of insulating your home is to keep the sun from the building.  Longer eves help with this, however they can restrict effective load widths for transporting.  We have developed a way around this, delivering you large eves and greater home energy efficiency.
