Sales Office Now Open

A new sales home has been opened on the Bellamack Estate in Palmerston. This home was designed and built by Nimble Homes for the developers of the Estate, Bellamack Pty Ltd, a partnership between Briety Pty Ltd and Urban Pacific Pty Ltd, two publicly listed companies.

Set up as a Sales centre promoting the design elements that define the Estate, this home is a model of environmentally responsible building and a suitable flagship for the other sales homes that will soon be completed in this street. Nimble Homes is  particularly proud that it is suitably ‘Territorian’ in character.

Nick Hanigan director of Nimble speaks of the home, ‘We understood the home would be a small 2 bed 1 bath place, however we wanted to ensure there was a generous and open feel to the building. We achieved this by including large sliders and carefully placed louvre galleries. The 4m raked ceiling adds to the airy feel’. Environmentally it stacks up, achieving a Home Star Rating of 6.5 in the tropical environment in spite of the numerous windows and the extra ceiling space.

This home is a great example of the design and construct capabilities of Nimble Homes. We received the design brief in May 2010 and in November 2010 delivered the Occupancy Certificate.
