Background

Nimble Homes established in 2008 through a joining of local Territory skills and Western Australia building approach. The factory setup is a sister to Kent Corporation’s factory in Maddington Perth. Now an independent company, the mission is to become a hub for the NT and Kimberley regions as a specialty provider of quality homes.

The core categories are Nimble Shacks (launched 2011), Nimble Homesteads and Statement Homes.

Nimble Industries
Some of our close interstate suppliers have asked us to make products available to the North. We have selected some of those products that we think are well suited to the top end. Currently we provide:

Contract Capacity

We are registered with Contract Accreditation Limited (CAL) and prefer to package contracts in less than $2.5m stages * depending on existing contracts and expected timeframe. Contracts above this value would require project management of Civic North (related company, or similar head contractor); we prefer smaller packages that we turn around quickly.

2011 Capacity for builds is 15 Large Homes (3 bed >150m2 internal) or 25 small homes (50 ~ 120m2 internal). This estimate excludes Flat Pack deliveries.
